Spoiler Warning: There will be spoilers for Supernatural season 5, episode 4, and season 10 in the following text. So don't scroll down if you haven't seen this episode yet. If you love spoilers andd just are very curious, feel free to scroll down anyway. (;
I really love Jensen Ackles' ability to intensify a scene with one perfect tear. May it be an angry one, a sad one or maybe a desperate tear - it's always perfect and on point. In this scene it is a reaction to Lucifer's prophecy that he won't be able to save his brother - no matter what he's doing. It is such a powerful scene. Even though season 10 seems to have gone in a different direction with the mark of Cain storyline, it still seems to be connected to the events of the first 5 seasons and I really wonder, if they are going to bring back some aspects of the apocalypse or Lucifer vs. Michael storyline now that the darkness is set free. I really can't wait the watch season 11. c:
